establishment of Company – production of cast iron gate valves

nationalization of Company, production was dedicated for chemical and mining industry – for both domestic and foreign markets

Fabryka Armatur SWARZĘDZ name was created – we have specialized production of cast iron and colour metal fittings (for metallurgy, gas engineering and building industry)

plant modernization – the new production hall was built, the replacement  of our machines was done, we have started specialization in die forging production of brass and steel parts

we have started the production of steel synchronizer rings for Automotive markets

we have signed the contract for synchronizer rings production with the bigest worldwide leader of spare parts manufacturer

we have signed a privatization agreement – Fabryka Armatur “Swarzędz” sp. z o.o. (Ltd.) was established as private Family company

we have started machining of water meter bodies and ball valves production using transfer machines

completion of the certification process of the Quality Management System accordind to ISO 9001:2000 – inspected by DEKRA Certification

we are a Member of FA.TA. RICAMBI Group S.p.A

moving to our new plant at Rabowice

modernization of the machine park, purchase of modern machines, including a heat treatment furnace, hydraulic press, transfer machine, specialized machining centers
